YOGA FOUNDATIONS

Yoga Foundations is perfect for beginner to intermediate level individuals. The class introduces and expands on the practice of yoga, including yogic breath. Foundations include the how, what, where and why the body functions and moves. Yoga poses evolve into yoga movement called Vinyasa, using our breath as a vehicle of that movement. This class will guide you through the physical benefits of yoga to help you set and achieve personal goals.
