This class is all-level accessible. Wake up and work out! Every class will be different, yet familiar. Circuit and strength training, boot camp and barre, core and sculpt are just a few in the lineup. Please bring clean shoes and a yoga mat if you have one
This dynamic mat class uses a variety of STOTT Pilates props in innovative ways to add variety and challenge to the class and increase intensity while maintaining core connection and exercise execution. Prior Pilates practice is strongly encouraged or (3) private trainings with Paula prior to joining class.
